The Arlington Museum of Art Arlington 817-275-4600 gstory@arlingtonmuseum.org	Six hours of rental time (5-11 PM) will cost $1025. Stay till midnight for an extra $100. They'll provide tables and chairs free of charge, and they have capacity for 500 guests. Rent the rooftop, the mezzanine, the amphitheatre or the main gallery, but not during October or March (those months are excluded).
Biblical Arts Center Dallas 214-691-4661 Ext. 207 eventdirector@netzero.com	Great website with detailed rental info. Rental fees start at $2000 for a 4 hr event and go up from there. There is a $400 setup fee. You can use your own licensed caterer for food. The BAC allows beer and wine only and you must pay for a security guard.
Dallas Museum of Art Dallas 214-880-9018	A minimum catering purchase is required for catering at Seventeen Seventeen at the DMA. Beverages are charged on a consumption basis or with a flat rate plan. You must have a membership to host an event here. A one-time membership fee ranges from $300 to $700 depending on number of guests. Security fee is $450, and you must also pay for an event manager and service staff. Amazingly, no additional gratuity is pre-added. Furniture and linen rentals will range from $5-10 per guest. Catering on a flat fee or per guest basis.

This two-story historic 1936 Art Deco style building in Fair Park features a sweeping grand staircase and a lushly planted outdoor amphitheater. The interior limestone walls feature thousands of shell fossils. No rental rates online - call or email.
Gallery Art Space Dallas 214-742-4278 amydavis@galleryartspace.com	This post-modern industrial venue offers 4000 sq. ft. of space, including a separate staging area for catering and natural stained cement floors. No pricing info online, so call or email.
Good Meetings at the Dallas Arts Center Dallas	Rental fee is $2800 for 8 hrs. Included in the fee are tables and chairs and linens. You may bring in your own liquor (bartender required) and catering, as long as both are licensed. Accommodates 200 people in a seated reception.
Hickory Street Studio Dallas 214-826-0467	Four different packages available starting at $56 pp. for 6 hrs. Packages include facility rental, catered buffet (your choice among menu items), service staff, furniture, linens, security, and free parking. Bar is provided by HSS.
Irving Arts Center Irving 972-256-4270 IrvingArtsCenter@CI.Irving.TX.US	The Irving Arts Center offers a number of wedding and reception spaces, including their "Suite 200", the main gallery and the sculpture garden. Tables and chairs are included in package rates, and you can bring your own caterer. Very detailed pricing info on the website, with rental packages starting at $1200 for 8 hours of use (add $300 for a separate ceremony site). a
Arts District Facility at the Trammell Crow Center Dallas 214-979-3112 wedding@artsdistrictbanquets.com	Choose from venues including the Rotunda at the Mezzanine, the indoor banquet facility (175 seated guests), the outside sculpture garden (250+ seated guests), or the Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art (150 seated guests). Menu packages start at $9pp, beverage packages have a 4hr min. and start at $12pp for beer only.
The Women's Museum Dallas 214-915-0869	You must be a member ($50) to hold an event here. Rental fee for a seated banquet for 240 is $2000 for a Friday or Saturday night. You must use one of their approved caterers, but can bring your own liquor. You must rent your own tables and chairs and a dance floor, and pay for security. The electronic quilt with your own pics would be very cool.
