The A ldredge House Dallas 214-823-8268 aldredge@culinaireintl.com	The Aldredge House is located in the Swiss Avenue District of Dallas. It's a 7000 sq. ft. Italian-style mansion build in the early 1900s. It will accommodate 175 guests. No other information on website.

Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House Ft. Worth 817-332-5875 peggy_sims@historicfortworth.org	The Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House was built in 1899 and is designed with Queen Anne-style Victorian architecture. Turrets, gables, copper finials, a slate tile roof and a porch of red sandstone and marble highlight the late Victorian exterior. The first floor and grounds can be rented for weddings starting at $900 for 6 hours during the day on Saturday, or $1000 for Sat. evenings. Additional hours are $150 per hr. with a 3 hr minimum. In December, rental fees go up to $1200 for Saturday evenings.

Bingham House McKinney 972-529-1883 email form on website	Built by an 1883 Civil War vet, this Georgian home has been restored to it's past beauty. Accommodating up to 150 guests, the Bingham House is filled with antiques. Call for rates.
The Carpenter House Plano 972-424-1889	Packages include 4 hrs use of grounds and house, wedding cake and server, cheese/fruit/crackers, punch/coffee, silk flowers & greenery, wedding music and sound system, and use of Carpenter House for your rehearsal. Packages start at $3450 for 75-100 guests and increase based on number of additional guests. There is a 20% discount on Friday and Sunday packages.

The Great Hall can seat up to 150 people, and the Ballroom can seat up to 180. BYOB for beer and wine. It would also make a fabulous setting for a small and intimate wedding. Call or email for an information packet.

Pricing is listed on the website and is done by the hour - rates are $200/hr for daytime hours and $300/hr for evening hours. Currently running an online special for 25% off the rental rate. Bring your own caterer or liquor at no additional charge.

Wedding package pricing at this Southern Georgian mansion includes all sales tax & gratuity charges as well as the Inn's four guestrooms for the night of the wedding. Ceremony and cake and punch packages range from $1600 (for up to 25 guests) to $3500 (for 100 guests). Ceremony and buffet and cake packages range from $3000 to $6000. The Green Gables House Trenton 214-274-6490 info@greengableshouse.com 12/04	The Green Gables House is a turn of the century Victorian house featuring an outdoor wedding chapel (that can be transformed into a stage or dance floor), manicured grounds, and an inside decorated with period antiques. The indoor areas can accommodate up to 100 guests, and the outdoor areas can be used for larger groups.

Set on 21 acres in SW Dallas, the Estate can accommodate up to 150 guests inside and 300 guests outdoors. Reception packages start at $1400, or get a complete ceremony and reception package for $1600.

The Maple Manor Hotel Dallas 214-871-0032 maplemanor@sbcglobal.net	The Maple Manor was built in the late 1800s, and is located in the Uptown area of Dallas. A climate-controlled pavilion will accommodate 150 guests for a seated dinner. The original dining room of the hotel will accommodate 120 guests. All catering is provided by the next door neighbor, the Old Warsaw. No rental fees, but you must meet specified minimums based on the date of your event.
The Red Rose Estate Mansfield 817-572-1050 info@redroseestate.com	The Estate is a 5000 sq. ft. mansion located on 12 acres. Wedding ceremonies are $1100 for Saturdays. Reception packages for 100 guests start at $4995 and go up from there. Cake & punch receptions start at $2095. The best deal might be the all-inclusive packages that include cake, flowers, photographs, invitations, food and a DJ and start at $5950 for 100 guests.

The Victorian House Kaufman 972-962-3428	Packages start at $2,800 for a chapel wedding for up to 50 people, and go up to $13,750 for a gazebo wedding for up to 200 people with a meal (and a margarita machine) included. Great pricing information and details on the website.

The Inn can accommodate up to 120 guests with several different wedding and reception packages starting at $1400 for a simple ceremony and cake and punch reception. See website for current pricing.
The Wyatt Mansion Waxahachie 972-937-3390 info@chaskabb.com	So it isn't really in Dallas...but 30 minutes south of Dallas isn't too far away! The Wyatt Mansion is a prairie-style estate with capacity for 150 guests (up to 300 if you include the outdoor space). BYOB. No pricing info online.
