Arlington Hall at Lee Park Dallas 214-528-3243 sshackelford@culinaireintl.com	Located on Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas, the Hall was recently expanded to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility. Will accommodate 500 guests for a reception, 400 for a banquet. No pricing info on the website.
A Suite Event Irving 972-444-9911 email form on website 12/06	This brand new facility features tile flooring, dimmable lighting, neutral colors, a built-in bar area and allows all alcohol. Bring your own caterer or use theirs. Pricing starts at $500 for 8 weekday hrs, $1000 for Fri., Sat., or Sunday (8hrs), or $1500 for an entire weekend day. Rental fees include chairs, tables and linens, a hospitality coordinator, set-up and take-down service and basic clean-up.
Cacharel Arlington 817-640-9981 cacharel@waymark.net 12/04	Cacharel Restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests in one of three private rooms. Several wedding and reception packages are available, although you won't find pricing info online. They offer a complementary scheduled tasting you so know what the food will be like in advance!
The City Club Dallas 214-748-9525	Located in downtown Dallas in the Bank of America Building (the tall one with the Green Neon). There is a $750 rental fee for 4 hrs. Minimums also apply - $5000 for the North Dining Room and $7000 for the South. A dance floor will cost you $275-$350.
CityPlace Dallas 214-828-7050	No room rental fees apply if you meet the food minimums. Food and beverage minimums start at $2500 and go up from there. Requires a minimum of $24 pp in food and you must use their caterer (but you may bring your own cake). Dance floors rent for $100.
The Dallas Ballroom Dallas 972-503-2623	The website was full of broken links, so I don't have any information on this place except that it's available for rent for wedding and receptions and offers on-site catering. Located near 635 and the Tollway.
Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral Dallas 214-748-9196 gdohm@sbcglobal.net	Enjoy the elegance of this historic Dallas landmark as you celebrate your big day. There is a crystal ballroom, and a 1925 pipe organ, plus you get a free bridal portrait setting. The facility can accommodate 350 seated guests, or 475 for a standing reception. BYOB, and get free use of their tables and chairs. Rental rates start at around $3200.
Dallas Woman's Forum Dallas 214-823-4533	Not to be confused with the Women's Museum, the DWF is a historical mansion near downtown Dallas. There is no corkage fee, no cake-cutting fee, no gratuity and no minimum. A 4 hr event for 150 people is $850. You may bring your own liquor, but you must use their catering. They will provide all dishes and flatwear, but you'll pay to rent glasses, tables, tablecloths, and candles. They can also provide a security guard for $50. You may bring a band or DJ.

Why do people think that website music is so great??? It drives me nuts. You won't find any real information online, so you'll be better off calling or emailing them.
The Empire Room Dallas 972-237-5940 sales@empireroomdallas.com	This new contemporary venue is located on the 48th floor of 1401 Elm Place in downtown Dallas. Catering is managed by Gil's Elegant Catering. No pricing info on the website.
Hall of State Dallas 214-421-4500	Rental fees for 4 hrs range from $300 to $3000 depending on guest count. Rental includes security, staff and brides' room. $5000 food and beverage minimum for Saturday nights. Use a preferred caterer or pay $1500 plus 15% of bill. You may rent furniture from them only. Bartenders required if liquor is served.
The Knights of Columbus Dallas 214-348-7940	Make your big day one to remember by having your reception at the Knights of Columbus! They offer a "beautiful new ballroom" and banquet facilities. No pricing on the website, but it's probably a bargain.
The Melbourne Room Carrollton 972-899-6600	Room rental starts at $600. Bring your own caterer for an additional fee. The site holds 150 people.
Morton H. Meyer Symphony Center Dallas 214-670-3600	Will accommodate 40-2000 guests. No other information on website.
The Orndorf Haus Highland Village 972-317-2632 orndorfhaus@hotmail.com	The Orndorf Haus can seat up to 200 guests, or accommodate up to 350 guests with "cocktail seating". The best deal is to pay $1000 for an all-day facility rental -- they'll supply the tables and chairs, you bring the food and whatever else you need. Complete wedding packages for up to 150 guests start at $3000.
The Park City Club Dallas 214-373-0756	Room fees start at $750 and go up to $1500. The Club provides all food and beverages except for wedding cakes (no cake cutting fee). All service staff and rentals are included. There is a food minimum of $20 pp with a 20% service charge and taxes added. A portable dance floor will cost you $120. Their website is very complete and contains all pricing details (except for catering pricing).
The Richardson Woman's Club Richardson 972-238-0841 womansclub@sbcglobal.net	The RWC is a country estate located in northeast Richardson. The Founder's Hall building accommodates up to 250 guests, and the Clubhouse can hold up to 100. The Hall rents for $1500 per wedding and the Clubhouse rents for $1200. You must use one of their approved caterers.
The Ruthe Jackson Center Grand Prairie 972-237-7500 lflick@gptx.org	The Ruthe Jackson Center is a 32,000 sq ft facility done in "Texas Hill Country Lodge" style. The main lobby features stone tile and a waterfall. No pricing online, but you will find lots of pics.
The Tower Club Dallas 214-220-0403	Located on the 48th floor of Thanksgiving Tower in downtown Dallas. Available for rental, but no other information on website.
Union Station Dallas 214-712-7270	Reservation information coordinated through the Hyatt hotel. Can accommodate up to 800 guests. Sorry, no pricing info on this one.
The Weisfeld Center Dallas 214-752-8989 leasing@weisfeldcenter.com	This venue offers a chapel and a banquet hall (with seating for 425) and has a pipe organ that dates back to 1911. Recently restored and available for rental, with rates starting at $1900 for the sanctuary, $2000 for the reception hall, or the entire building for $3000. Catering services start at $18 pp, or bring your own caterer for a $500 fee.
