Located 15 minutes southeast of Rockwall, Cullen Ranch offers a 6400 sq ft stone and split cedar lodge with a covered terrace overlooking the water. The Ranch is primarily an outdoor wedding venue, and can accommodate up to 500 guests. No pricing info online.
Double D Ranch Mesquite 972-289-2341	Choose from a wedding in one of their climate-controlled buildings (one building seats 150, the other, 700) or in the gazebo overlooking rolling hills and a lake. Eddie Deen is the caterer for this location. Rental fees include tables, chairs, parking, and staff for 5 hours plus an hour and a half for setup and cleanup. Package rates start at $3900 for 100 guests, or rent the facility alone for rates starting at $1500 for the Ranch House, $2000 for the Mustang Corral, and $300 for the Gazebo.

The barn is fully heated and air conditioned, and you can use their catering or bring your own. The barn will accommodate 350 seated guests, and an outdoor gazebo can be used for additional seating. An all-day rental will run you $1500, or check the website for other pricing options.

Longhorn Hill Party Barn Between Blue Ridge and Melissa 972-837-2780	I had to crack up when I saw this website. My favorite part is the shimmying barbed wire at the bottom! Located 45 minutes outside of Dallas (15 minutes from McKinney) the Longhorn Hill Party Barn provides a rustic Western atmosphere near a lake. No pricing info online, and no email address.
MD Resort Aurora 817-489-5150	Located 25 minutes from Ft. Worth, the MD Resort is a working ranch and B&B. You can have a western wedding in their hay barn, or use their famous hitchin' post. Wedding prices start at $800 for 300 guests, or ask about their special "couples only" rate for up to 25 guests. With the MS Resort Royal Package, you can rent 10 bedrooms, the meeting room in Lodge, The Cottage, Bunk House, and the Party Barn for $4900 per night. Yee ha!

The Party Barn Wylie 972-442-0511	Rent out the Party Barn on Saturdays from noon until 1:00 AM for $1200. Or rent it for both Friday and Saturday for $1600. The reception hall can hold 150 seated guests. The rental price includes tables, kitchen use, and a sound system. You can bring your own caterer, or use one that they recommend.
Pickle Hill Party Barn McKinney 972-542-9776 chris@dillinvestments.com 6/05	Located 5 miles northwest of McKinney, Pickle Hill offers the perfect place for your reception with plenty of country flair. They provide tables and chairs and a sound system. Receptions or rehearsal dinners are $1,250, or have your wedding and reception there for $1,500.
The Ranch of Lonesome Dove Southlake 817-329-1100	Wedding ceremonies are $700 each. The reception packages start at $32.95 pp. (for 4 hrs) and include setup and cleanup, furniture, linens, buffet catering, DJ, unlimited soft drink bar, and servers. You may bring your own liquor, but they require a licensed bartender, security, and a $150 bar fee. There is an 18% service charge and 7.25% tax added to your bill.

If you're looking for a western-style wedding, this place may be perfect for you. The facility offers seating for 300, and the reception takes place in a climate-controlled log cabin. Plus, BYOB! They offer packages, but you won't find any pricing online, so you'll have to email or call.
